    IT / Development Manager; administered all network, systems and code. Upgraded
    databases to a replicated MySQL platform. Implemented software versioning and
    a release cycle. Maintained, bugfixed and extended old code, as well as
    developing new systems. Responsible for scaling IT staff appropriately to
    balance business and IT needs.

    Worked with a small team of other IT personnel, sharing a broad spectrum of
